Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a pressure-sensitive copy paper ensuring beautiful finish and small trouble possibility by applying a desensitizing ink composed of the alkylene oxide polyaddition products of aliphatic alcohols or aromatic phenols, as weel as pigment and vehicle by dry lithographic printing method. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (a) 25-60 parts of by weight of the alkylene oxide polyaddition products of aliphatic alcohols such as the methyl alcohol, propyl alcohol and of aromatic phenols such as cresol and propylphenol, represented by formula I (R is optionally subtituted alkyl, alkenyl or allyl; m is an integer larger than 6; n is 0-46; and m:n=1:0-0.3) and (b) 10-40 parts by weight of pigment such as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, and (c) 20-80 parts by weight of vehicle such as alkyd resin is prepared. Next, thus-obtained desensitizing ink for no-carbon pressure sensitive copycating paper is subjected to dry lithographic printing method for obtaining no-carbon copy paper.
