Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent generation of noise and improve manufacturing efficiency by mixing and agitating an iron powder of a specified weitht precentage, which has a-size particle distribution which normal, and a synthetic resin of another weight percentage, followed by molding to form an iron core into a unitary body.
CONSTITUTION: Iron powder of 88W92wt%, comprising one part of iron powder whose particle diameters range from 0W90μm, whose average diameter is 40W50μm and whose particle-size distribution is normal, and one part of iron powder whose particle diameters range from 50W 170μm, whose average prrticle diameter is 90W 100μm and whose particle size distribution is also normal, and synthetic resin of 12W8 wt% are mixed, thereby to obtain an iron core having a desired relative magnetic permiability of 8W16. The iron powder and the synthetic resin are mixed, agitated, drawn in a vacuum, and kept at a specified temperature. When the raw material is put into a metal mold, the temperature of the raw material is reduced. When carrying out wolding, the melting rate of the entire synthetic resin in the metal mold is maintained uniform, thereby preventing the formation of cavities in the formed product. In this method, the iron core can be formed into a unitary body, generation of noise can be prevented, and manufacturing efficiency can be reatly improved.
