Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to reset CPU to its initial state by a malfunction- lessened and simplified circuit, by inputting the output of a AND circuit with not less than two switches to the forcible reset terminal of CPU.
CONSTITUTION: The output of AND circuit A for process advance stop switch S3 and initial state reset switch S5 provided to a sequence programmer is inputted via OR gate OR to forcible reset terminal 14 for resetting CPU2 to its initial state, and until at least two out of internal input switches S1WS5 are operated at the same time, a signal to reset terminal 14 is not generated, so that a reset due to malfunction of a switch will be prevented. Further, switches S3 and S5 are not arranged closely, so that possibility that the both are operated at the same time will be little.
