Abstract
PURPOSE: To rotate a rotating lift provided in a pressure tank containing liquid without using any other energy by charging buckets of this rotating lift with buoyant air from the upper part of the tank.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating lift 3 with buckets 7 is provided in a pressure tank 1 containing liquid. The air in the upper part of the pressure tank 1 is sucked by an underwater pump 2, and supplied through a bubble collector 5 with buoyancy for charging buckets 7, rotating the rotating lift 3. A part of the energy obtained by the rotation of the rotating lift 3 is used for the driving force of this underwater pump 2. In this construction, the rotating lift can be rotated without using any other energy.
