CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is formed by arranging an outer cylinder 5 over an inner cylinder 4 to be in one body with its centre accorded with the centre of rotation of a runner 3. Control plates 10, and faucet joint parts 31, 31a and 31b of covers 21 are accorded in their centres with the centre of a shaft to be shaped into regular circles essentially equal to the outermost diameter of the casing 1. This construction serves to simplify precise processing and finishing greatly, and control plates 10 and covers 21 can be equipped to the side of the casing 1 accurately and simply. The assembling work of a pump can be greatly simplified by fitting faucet joint parts 31, 31a and 31b provided around rims of control plates 10 and covers 21.
