Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a film to be cut and exfoliated with simplicity without damaging a base material with a blade by providing a body with a guide for guiding a film-pasting base material and also installing the film-cutting blade in a position so that it would not contact the base material.
CONSTITUTION: A film C-pasted base material A is guided by a guide J provided on a body F. This body F is provided in advance with more than 1 film cutting blade B in a position so that the base material A would not contact them. By using this blade B, a part of the film C is cut off and thus cut film is pulled off by hand. Further, the cut film C may well be mechanically pulled off by providing more than 1 pair of rollers E, E'... on the side of the blade B.
