Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to simply and highly sensitively quantitize the human IgG without being required to condense urine or the like by sensitizing special latex particles to human immunity globulinG(IgG) and by making the same contains special stabilizing agent.
CONSTITUTION: Human IgG is injected into rabbit or the like, and blood is sampled to obtain antiserum, from which a purified human IgG. The purified human IgG diluted with the mixture of a phosphoric salt buffer liquid and the physiological solution of sodium chloride is reacted with in a buffer liquid of pH 6.5 to 8 or polystyrene latex, which has a narrow diameter distribution of 0.01 to 10 (or 0.1 to 1.0)μ ranging from 0.2 to 0.005μ and having specific weight of 0.9 to 1.4 while having a latex particle concentration of 0.05 to 5%. After this reaction, the centrifugal separation and rinsing are performed. Finally, the latex is suspended in a dilution which is prepared by adding arbumin of cow serum and NaN3 to the aqueous solution of for buffering the phophoric acid or glycine with a view to preventing coaggulation.
