Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a condition of big EGR rate and rich air-fuel ratio at the time of acceleration, to hold the avove condition only for the time being at the time of constant speed after the acceleration, thereafter with the promotion made for EGR cut and lean air-fuel ratio, simultaneously with said operation made relating by a speed change step of the change gear.
CONSTITUTION: A second EGR port 26, opening to an air intake pipe 1 at the upstream side from an EGR port 9, is linked to a diaphragm chamber 21 of a richer 20 of negative pressure response type, for supplying fuel independently from the main fuel supply path at the upstream of carburetor throttle valve, by a negative pressure circuit 25, 25'.
