Abstract
PURPOSE: Adhesive is applied and cool air is blown to half dried laminated sheet surface and the air inside the groove is cooled up to the ambient temperature. After that resin sheet is adhered to the plate. By doing so, desired decorating plate without any grain depression can be obtained.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive 2 is applied to the surface of a laminated plate 1 by means of an adhesive applying device 4 and 5, and after that the plate is heated by a dryer 6 so as to bring it to a half dried state removing the water inside the adhesive 2. Then, cool air is blown to the plate by a cool air blower 8 to reduce the air temperature inside the groove up to the ambient temperature. After that, a synthetic resin sheet 3 is laminated to the plate immediately. Then, it is pressed hermetically by a pressing roll 9 to form the desired decorating laminating plate.
