Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative panel, which has a projected-and-indented pattern corresponding to the pattern of a pattern sheet and an excellent wear-resisting capability, by processing it in such a manner that the pattern is drawn on a sheet of paper with an ink containing a special vehicle resin, etc., it is impregnated with the resin and thermally pressed together with a film, and then, this film is stripped off.
CONSTITUTION: A pattern 2 is drawn on a decorative paper 1 using an ink containing a vehicle resin, which is capable of exfoliating the impregnated concentrating type thermal hardening resin 3, and a substance, which reduces concentrating force of the resin 3 (such as hardening inhibitor, plasticizing agent and vesicant, etc.). After the vehicle resin is solidified, the entire surface of this decorative paper 1 is impregnated with the thermal concentrating type thermal hardening resin 3 and dried to prepare the resin-impregnated paper. The impregnated paper is piled on a base material 4, a forming plate or a film 5 is piled on thus prepared surface, the low-concentration-force resin 3 on the thermally pressed non-pattern section is attached onto a film 5, etc., and then, the film 5 is stripped to complete formation of the indented pattern.
