Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and miniature circuit constitution and also to reduce its power consumption, by reducing the number of stages of amplifiers to half by making use of branching filter circuits. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of 1st and 2nd branching filter circuits 11 and 13, amplifier 12, and frequency shift circuit 14. After passing through filter 15 and circulator 16, received wave (f1) is amplified 12 and then inputted to mixer 19 by way of circulator 17 and filter 18 and mixer 19 shifts it to frequency (f2) by the output of frequency shift oscillator 20 and then sends its output via filter 21 to circulator 16, whose output is reflected by filter 15 turning to frequency (f1) and then inputted to amplifier 12. Next, the output of amplifier 12 is supplied to circulator 17, where it is reflected by filter 18 tuning to (f1) and outputted (frequency f2) from transmitting antenna 10 via filter 22.
