Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a manufacturing period and to obtain a mechanism element component, by molding monolithically two or more type of molded parts made of resin materials having different properties from each other, taking advantage of heat contraction rate when making resin-made gear, cum, lever and the like. CONSTITUTION:When making a resin-made mechanism element component, e.g., a gear 1, a primary molded part 2 is made of a resin material having a small heat contraction rate, e.g., ABS resin by the use of a primary cavity. Next, a secondary molded part 3 is made of a resin material having a big heat contraction rate, e.g., polyurethane resin by means of a secondary cavity before the primary molded part is solidfied.
