Abstract
PURPOSE: To suppress the waste of energy to a minimum limit, by means of providing a variable throttle valve, for opening the circuit in accordance with an increase of delivery amount of the pump, in the piping linking the oil pressure chamber within a double-acting control cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: At the beginning of turning motion of the turning unit, a turning motion driving oil motor 9 is highly loaded with a less amount of operating oil frowing into the motor 9. This causes an operating oil, delivered from a pump 3 in accordance with the displacement of a control lever 4, to produce a high pressure in a pipe line 16a, with a surplus amount of flow released to the side of a pipe line 16b through a relief valve 17a. At this time, the high pressure oil in the pipe line 16a actuates a variable throttle valve 8 through a shuttle valve 18 and a pilot pipe line 19. The valve 8, correspondingly to an increase of pressure in the pipe line 19, opens a pipe line 7, to partially release flowing the high pressure oil in an oil pressure chamber 5 to an oil pressure chamber 6, causing a shifting speed to be weakened of a piston 1 rightward. And in accordance with a motion of the piston 1, is suppressed an increase of delivery amount of a variable hydraulic pump 3, to block an outflow of the wasteful energy being released from the relief valve 17a.
