Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a brake system with a remaining pressure by pressing in of a valve body, which has a check valve for holding the remaining pressure and a check valve for air releasing within one piece body, into a bleeder to a master cylinder to prevent functioning of the check valve for holding the remaining pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A check valve 17 is pressed in into a bleeder 6 to sustain a valve body 18 upward, against a spring 18. Therefore, air in a brake system is sucked to a master cylinder via guide groove 21, connecting passage 23, center hole 22, passing hole 27, valve hole 28 and passing hole 26. After the vacuum sucktion, the action to refill the brake oil is hindered by the action of a check valve 17 for refill below the bleeder 6. This prevention is removed when the refill pressure comes up above the fixed pressure, as the valve body 18 acts downward against the pressing power. After the refill, the flow at the time of brake power releasing flows through the guide groove 21, while a oneway valve is closed against the spring 19. When the fluid pressure of the brake system decreases, the valve body 18 is pressed to a seat face 10a by the spring 19.
