Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate a distorted temperature characteristic of a light emitting element by utilizing a nonlinear temperature characteristic of a differential resistance generated between a drain and source of a field effect transistor. CONSTITUTION:A field effect transistor 7 and 8 have a similar characteristic and a compensation for non-linear distortion can be established by varying a variable resistor 12 and voltage regulator 10. The width of the output is set at a substantial same level as the input normally by presetting at a similar value an emitter 12 and collector resistance 11, and consequently any influence due to the adjustment of the distortion compensation is not caused. Therefore, an adjustment to a gain need not be required by achieving the adjustment for compensating a non-linear distortion and temperature characteristic.
