The color signal is supplied to the differential amplifier 13 from the input terminal 14, and the output color signal is led out through the output terminal 15. The resistance R8 to function to apply the offset voltage is connected to the source IB for bias. And thus an optional offset voltage (IBXR8) can be obtained by varying the value of the reisistance R8 or the current IB of the source IB.
