Abstract

At the same time the front part 3c of the zoom ring 3 overhangs forward from the front face of the front group holding frame 7 to cut off the harmful light entering from the outside of the angle of view, thereby playing the role of a hood. This constitution enables the margin for movement of the zoom lens to be taken large and enables sufficient gripe width to be obtained.
