Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to start the oscillation easily even with a low power supply voltage, by adding a transistor for bias to the transistor constituting the inverter at a crystal oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:PMOSQ11, NMOSQ12 constituting the inverter are respectively added with bias PMOSQ13 and NMOSQ14. The threshold values of each transistor are set to about one volt, and although the threshold voltage of the inverter is about 2 volt, since the threshold voltages of bias PMOSQ13, NMOSQ14 are about 1 volt, the transistors Q13, Q14 are conductive with the power supply voltage +V at one volt or more. Thus, sufficient bias voltages are given to the transistors Q11, Q12 constituting the inverter to turn on the inverter for the start of oscillation.
