CONSTITUTION:This circuit is composed of main oscillator circuit A, level converter circuit C and output amplifier circuit B, and for the purpose of the suitability of the integration together with divider, driver and other circuits of the electronic wristwatch, feedback resistance Rf is replaced with equivalent P-channel transistor (P-Tr) 3, and bias resistance Rb of P-Tr1 is with equivalent N-Tr2. Further, since circuits A, C and B all operate nearly at the threshold level of the Tr, the current consumption is small, and since the matching with the logical level of a complementary circuit represented by a complementary inverter is perfect, the stability can be obtainred; and this operates with exctremely small oscillation amplitude, so that its oscillation start voltage can be lowered.
