Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a rectangular signal accurately synchronous with primary voltage signal produced from various igniter while having complex waveform through single electric circuit such as comparator, mono-multicircuit and OR gate. CONSTITUTION:A synchronous signal generating circuit is comprised of a voltage divider 1 for converting the primary voltage signal produced from the primary of a ignition coil to a low voltage, a comparator 2 for producing a rectangular wave signal having high or low level in accordance with whether the primary voltage signal is higher or lower than the referential level, a mono-stable multivibrator 3 which functions at the rising portion of the output from the comparator 2 and produces a rectangular signal having predetermined time interval and amplitude, a comparator 4 for comparing the primary signal voltage with the referential level and producing a rectangular signal and an OR gate 5 for producing the logical sum between the outputs from the comparator 4 and the mono-stable multivibrator 3.
