CONSTITUTION:A coil 5 has the small inner diamter part 5a having the inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of an electrode core wire 6 and the large inner diameter part 5b having the larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the electrode core wire 6. The electrode core wire 6 is inserted into the coil 5, and holding of this electride core wire 6 is performed with the small inner diameter part 5a of the coil 5. Electron radiating substance 7 is inserted into the gap between the electrode core wire 6 and the large inner diameter part 5b, and the coil end part 5c is contacted under pressure with the core wire, and the exfoliation of the electron radiating substance 7 is prevented.
