Abstract

PURPOSE:To almost equalize both the central and peripheral parts and prevent pin cushion distortion and shading by optically coupling both the input fluorescent and the photoelectric screens using a fiber plate whose both surfaces are formed into a concave. CONSTITUTION:The input surface 2 is arranged on the input side in the vaccum enclosure device 1. In the input surface 2, the input fluorescent screen 3 such as CsI films and the photoelectric surface 4 are separated by the fiber plate 5 and are mutually provided on the reverse side. In this case, both surfaces of the fiber plate 5 are formed into a concave, respectively. The input fluorescent is formed on one surface (input side) and the fluorescent screen 4 on the other surface (output side). The anode 6 is provided on the output side of the vaccum enclosure device 1 and the focussing electrode 7 is formed from this anode 6 to the input surface 2. As a result, the magnification of the central and periperal parts for the input surface 2 is almost equalized and pin cushion distortion and shading can be prevented.
