Abstract

PURPOSE: To expand the allowable range of fluctuations of the temperature of a bubble detector by detecting the temperature of a magntic bubble chip and then by generating a threshold level by the output.
CONSTITUTION: In the bubble detector consisting of bubble detecting element 5, amplifier 6, threshold voltage source 4' and comparator 7, threshold voltage source 4' is composed of temperature detector 8 and threshold level generating source 9. For example, temperature detector 8 uses the bubble detecting element as it is and a current is supplied from electric power source 1 to temperature detector 18 via resistance 13. The current is controlled through the voltage division of resistances 14 and 15 so that a threshold level output by operation amplifier 17 will be between the levels of a "1" signal and "0" signal. The filter composed of resistance 16 and capacitor 18 removes a noise. Threshold level generating source 4' is provided so as to expand the allowable range of fluctuations of the temperature of the bubble detector.
