Abstract

PURPOSE: To control rotating velocity to a setpoint by controlling a throttle valve actuator by outputting compensating signals in case where the differnce between both signals is displaced from the settled value.
CONSTITUTION: Intermittent signals from a breaker point 12 of an engine igniter as actual value of rotating velocity input through an ignition switch 11 and a transistor 21, etc. to an operational amplifier 28. Further,signals from a cooling system thermistor 29 and an air conditioner switch 36 as a second signal of target rotation input through a transistor 33, etc. toward the front an amplifier 47. In the meantime, this amplifier 47 is incorporated by a compensating circuit composed of an amplifier 63, etc., which prevents the displacement of the defference between the both values. And its third signal is output as a fourth signal from an amplifier 50, which is calculated as signal from the thermistor 29, to compatibly control an actuator 59.
