Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the higher efficiency and accuracy of the captioned working by building the receiving dies having receiving surfaces for supporting sheet part surfaces and push dies as specified and pressure-sandwiching the seat parts by the receiving surfaces and push dies by the vertical movements of the both upper and lower bolsters which are of the same costitution and are of opposite directions.
CONSTITUTION: A lower bolster 1 is constituted by a receiving die 3 having a receiving surface 4 which moves vertically on a substrate 2, supports a front axle center 21 in a horizontally facing position and supports its seat part 23 surface and a push die 6 or the like which moves vertically in synchronization with the receiving die 3. An upper bolster 1' has the same constitution as that of the lower bolster 1 and is disposed in the vertically opposite direction. After the front axle center 21 is supported in the dies of the receiving die 3 of the lower bolster 1, the seat parts 23, 23' are pressure-sandwiched by the receiving surfaces 4, 4' and push dies 6, 6' by the contact movement of the receiving dies 3, 3' of the both bolters, whereby flattening is done. Conventional intricate and large-size devices are not required, the die costs are considerably lowered and the front axle center 21 of high accuracy having flat surfaces is stably molded.
