Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the residual magnetic-flux density, the maximum energy product and the coercive force by finely pulverizing the compound which is previously synthesized as an additive material, and adding the resultant powder. CONSTITUTION:0-1.2wt% of fine powder of a compound, which is previously synthesized in a high-frequency induction furnace by using a group of reagents (0.24 of SiO2, 0.37 of Al2O3 and 0.37 of CaO in weight ratios) is added to the strontium ferrite component wherein the molar ratio of Fe2O3 and SrO is 5.6. Then, the resultant product is burned, crushed into small pieces, formed in wet magnetic fields, and sintered at 1,230 deg.C.
