CONSTITUTION:The central processing unit 1 processes the reception data of the line connection units 31-3n with the program stored in the main memory unit 2, stores it in the area A4 in the main memory unit 2 or transmits it to the terminals 71-7n via the line connection units 31-3n. The program first reads out the system parameter from the system parameter set circuit 5 and stores it to the system parameter area A2 in the main memory unit 2. Next, the line parameter is read out from the line parameter set circuits 41-4n sequentially and stores it in the line parameter area A3 in the main memory unit 2. After that, the program A1 uses the system parameter in the main memory unit 2 and the line parameter for operation.
