Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably form a complicatedly-shaped container and to provide with an enough strength and an anti-medicine quality, by a method wherein a plurality of compositions of polyolefin system resin made container are united monolithically by friction-welding and the like. CONSTITUTION:An outer part of a container structure, being a main part of the container, is formed by injection-molding high density polyethylene (HDPE) or ultra-high molecular weight high density polyehtylene (EHDPE). An inner layer, which serves to improve an anti-medicine quality and a gas barrier quality, is laminated or applied on an inner side of the outer layer of the container. For example, a sheet having the anti-medicine quality and gas barrier quality is formed in the shape being in correspondence with that of an inner wall of the container structure by means of a vacuum-molder and the like. The sheet is adhered to the male mold of the injection molder, and EHDPE is then injected to produce the container structure in which the outer layer consists of EHDPE and the inner layer consists of a barrier layer. Baffle plate or the like in an optional shape is placed at the inside of the container structure consisting of plurality of layers so formed, the lamination being then welded together by means of a friction-welder and the like to obtain a large-sized container structure united monolithically.
