Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the contact strength of a synthetic bottom wall film and manufacture a container not generating peel-off or leakage of the bottom wall film by injecting synthetic resin between a female mold and a peripheral wall film and forming a synthetic resin reinforced cylinder welded with the periphery of the bottom wall film and the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall film. CONSTITUTION:A circular bottom wall film 3 of the inner diameter of a circular cup-shaped female die 1 on its flat bottom surface 1a. Then, a peripheral wall film 4, the both ends of which are opened along the peripheral wall of the female mold 1 is positioned in a manner that its bottom surface is brought into contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall film 3 and that the outer peripheral surface is separated from the inner peripheral surface of the female mold 1 with a given interval. Then, the peripheral film 4 is so inserted in the female mold 1 as to be supported in the female mold 1. Next, synthetic resin 6 is filled into a given interval space provided between the female mold 1 and the peripheral wall film from an injection hole 5. Said synthetic resin 6 is solidified and then removed to manufacture a circular cup- shaped container. The same is reinforced with a cylinder constituted of the bottom wall film 3 and the peripheral wall film 4 as inner walls and the outer surface of the peripheral wall film of solidified synthetic resin.

rPrior art and problems] Conventionally, as a manufacturing method for this type of container, a convex portion is provided at the open end of a cylindrical body pre-formed from a heat-resistant synthetic resin, and the convex portion is melted by heat fusion. A method is known in which a bottom wall film made of synthetic resin laminated with metal foil is adhered to the metal foil while the metal foil is moved. However, according to this method, it is difficult to uniformly heat the ends of the synthetic resin body in the fusion step, and uneven fusion tends to occur. As a result, the adhesion between the cylindrical body and the synthetic resin film becomes insufficient, making it easy for the film to peel off or for leaks to occur at the bonded portion. In an attempt to solve this problem, attempts have been made to provide a rim at the open end of the cylindrical body to increase the fusion area and improve the adhesive strength, but this is still not satisfactory.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a container in which the contact strength between the cylindrical body and the synthetic resin bottom wall film that is the bottom member is strong, and the problems of peeling of the bottom wall film and leakage do not occur. It is about providing.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The manufacturing method of the present invention includes arranging a peripheral wall film of a cylindrical film having at least an outer peripheral surface made of synthetic resin on the peripheral wall of a male mold and a female mold into which the male mold is inserted. A bottom wall film, at least one side of which is made of synthetic resin, is arranged between the bottoms of the male mold and the female mold so as to be in contact with the bottom surface of the peripheral wall film and whose peripheral edge extends outward from the bottom surface of the peripheral wall film. After that, a synthetic resin is injected between the male die and the peripheral wall film and solidified to form a synthetic resin reinforcing cylinder fused to the peripheral edge of the bottom wall film and the outer surface of the peripheral wall film. .

For the peripheral wall and bottom wall films of the present invention, a single synthetic resin sheet, a multilayer sheet of a plurality of synthetic resin sheets, or a multilayer sheet obtained by laminating a synthetic resin sheet and another material such as metal foil can be used. The multilayer sheet is preferably a gas barrier multilayer sheet in which a synthetic resin or metal foil with high gas barrier properties is used as an intermediate layer, and polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE'') is laminated as an outer layer or an inner layer, respectively.Bottom wall film As polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
, two-wheel stretched nylon 6 (ON), unstretched polypropylene (CPP), or aluminum (A1) as an inner layer are preferred, and those using A1 are particularly preferred. For the peripheral wall film, the inner layer is a multilayer sheet using synthetic resins such as vinylidene chloride copolymer (PVDC), ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), acrylonitrile copolymer (PAN), two-wheel oriented nylon (ON), etc. is preferable, and the metal foil is preferably aluminum, iron, or copper. The synthetic resin injected between the female mold and the peripheral wall film is preferably polypropylene or polyethylene. The synthetic resin on the fusion surface of the synthetic resin and the barrier multilayer sheet are preferably the same.

A circular bottom wall film 3 with a slightly smaller diameter is placed on the bottom wall. This bottom wall film 3 may be formed of a multilayer sheet consisting of a volip-O-pyrene/aluminum/volip-O-pyrene layer, as long as the upper surface periphery is made of synthetic resin, and other parts can be selected depending on the application. can be formed. In addition, this circular bottom wall film may be cut into a circular shape in advance and used as is, or by inserting a large film into a male mold (to be described later) into the female mold 1, the film can be cut into a circular shape using these molds. It may also be cut.

Next, a peripheral wall film 4 whose both ends are open along the peripheral wall of the female mold 1 is placed so that its bottom surface is in contact with the top surface of the bottom wall film 3 and its outer peripheral surface is flush with the inner peripheral surface of the female mold 1. They are positioned so as to be spaced apart from each other. Further, the outer diameter of the peripheral wall film 4 is set to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the bottom wall film 3, and the peripheral edge 3a of the bottom wall film 3 extends slightly from the outer surface of the peripheral wall film 4. The amount of extension of the peripheral edge of the bottom wall film 3 is desirably approximately equal to the distance between the peripheral wall film 4 and the female die 1, but is not necessarily limited to this. As long as the outer layer surface of the peripheral wall film 4 is made of synthetic resin, the other parts can be selected from various methods depending on the intended use. For example, the peripheral wall film 4 is formed of a multilayer sheet made of polypropylene/aluminum/polypropylene layers.

Next, the male mold 2 is inserted into the female mold 1 so that the peripheral wall film 4 is supported within the female mold 1 on its outer peripheral surface. In this case, the peripheral wall film 4 may be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the male mold in advance, and these may be inserted into the female mold 1 at the same time.

Next, synthetic resin 6 is injected through the injection port 5 provided in the male mold 1, and the synthetic resin 6 is injected from the predetermined interval provided between the female mold 1 and the peripheral wall film, the bottom wall film in contact therewith, and the peripheral edge of the male mold 2. Fill the space. The synthetic resin may be any resin that can fuse the peripheral wall film and the bottom wall film, and is preferably the same synthetic resin as the bottom wall film and the outer layer surface of the bottom wall film, and in this example, polypropylene is preferable. After solidifying this synthetic resin, the female mold 1 and male mold 2 are removed to obtain a circular cup-shaped container.
