Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to detect color unevenness and color deficiency in high speed and to enable to use one photo detector, by using the light collection fiber one end of which is located as line and photo detection plane, another end of which is condensed and connected to the spectral means. CONSTITUTION:The light beam obtained from the laser oscillators 1a, 1b is used as the light beam radiating the sheet shaped inspected material 3, and the dichroic mirrors 6a-6f are used as the spectral means, the inspected material 3 of sheet shape receives the radiation of scanning beam with the rotary multimirror 2a, and the reflection light is fed to the photo detector in the light condensed light fiber 8, one end of which is located as line and is photo detection plane, and the reflection light condensed from another end is given to the photo detectors 4a-4d via the dichroic mirrors 6d-6f separating it and photo electric conversion is made to each separation.
