Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The plastic lattice 1 is touched with the heating plate 2 kept at a temperature 50∼60°C lower than the melting point of the plastic lattice and softened, and then sprayed with the fine particles 5 of the molten lead 3 injected with a high speed from the sprayer 4 so as to anther the lead fine particles 5 in the surface of the plastic lattice. In this case, the molten lead fine particles 5, although being cooled fine particles before collision against the plastic lattice 1, collide against against and then thrust into the surface of the softened surface of the plastic lattice 1 because the plastic lattice 1 is softened by heating, thus securing the strong fixation of the fine lead particles in the surface of the plastic latticel.
