Abstract
PURPOSE: To support a conductive box with stability, and to secure the smooth steerage of a front wheel, by means of engaging the lower part with the upper part freely from rotation by dividing the conductive box into the upper and down part.
CONSTITUTION: After an upper conductive box 3 therein an opening part 4 of a circular shape as a center in a longitudinal axial line (b) is arranged downward at the end part of an axis covering cylinder 2 which is mounted to the equipment by means of inserting and supporting a driving axis 1 of a front wheel, being fixed, a wheel axis 7 which mounts a front wheel 6 and a gear 8' to the upper conductive box 3, and a gear 8 are supported by bearings, and a lower conductive box 5 mounting a rotation arm 11 is engaged via the opening part 4 of a circular shape, thereby a longitudinal line (b) is supported freely from rotation in the center via pins 13,13', and a variable axis cross angle device A is constituted.
