Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Where a tire E is mounted at a car, a width A' of a bead 42 positioned at the inside of a car is more widened than a width A of a bead 41 at the outside, an area where the inside bead 42 is in contact with a bead seat of a rim 5 being more enlarged than that of the outside beads 41. The increase in the friction area results in increasing a friction force produced between the inside bead 42 and the bead seat and in improving the rigidity thereof. This prevents the tire E from departing from a rim 5 when a car turns rapidly resulting from the reduction in the air pressure of the tire due to some cause, and thus, a running safety of the car can be improved.
