Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection during an assembling work by drawing a lead wire on low-tension side terminal of a secondary coil after fixing it to such part as is not detrimental to insulation near primary coil. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 5 is embedded in a concavity of a primary coil bobbin 1, and one end of the lead wire 5 is connected to a fixed terminal 6. A primary coil 2 is then wound outside the lead wire 5, and after inserting a split bobbin 3 with a secondary coil 4 wound thereon, the end from which the secondary coil 4 was wound is connected to the fixed terminal 6. These are covered with a case 7 for insulation treatment and pregnated with an insulating resin 9 to a coil part 7. According to this constitution, the lead 5 on the end from which the secondary coil was wound can be drawn out adjacently to the primary coil 2 which is safest for insulation and is connected to the fixed terminal. No disconnection will take place during an assembling work consequently.
