Abstract

PURPOSE:To operate an air cleaner automatically by using a switch which is provided in an automobile air conditioner to act with introduction of air shifted. CONSTITUTION:The intake door 3 fixed in an air intake assembly is operated to exchange the interior air for open air by an actuator 7 controlled by an auto-amplifier 10. The door takes two positions for taking in open air and for circulating the interior air. An arm 5b extending from a lever 5 turning the intake door 3 depresses a microswitch 14 to open the contact, once the lever takes the open air position. With the lever in the position, the air cleaner 15 is inoperative because the microswitch 14 connected to it is kept off. As the switch acts with the intake door, the air cleaner works automatically during circulation of the interior of air.
