Abstract

PURPOSE: To seal a container mouth tightly in a flat state by placing a synthetic resin thin film and a metallic thin plate on a narrow part and a flange part made at the mouth of a container, screwing in a non-metallic cap and induction heating them.
CONSTITUTION: Above the screw thread 17 of the mouth 16 of a synthetic resin container 15, a narrow part 19 and a taper formed flange part 18 are made, and on the flange part 18, a synthetic resin thin film 6 made of almost the same material as the container 15 and having a discharge port 5, and a metallic thin plate 7 are placed. Next, to the mouth 16 of the container 15, a cap 21 made of synthetic resin whose melting point is higher than that of the container 15 and which has a female srew 22 inside that can be screwed on the screw thread 17 is screwed in to press the thin film 6 and the thin plate 7 to the flange part 18 with the inner top face 23 of the cap 21, then the thin film 6 and the flange part 18 are welded by high frequency induction heating.
