Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the conversion accuracy of the D/A converter with addition of the correcting function and by using the programable code converter and also changing the analog signal source into the high frequency. CONSTITUTION:The digital coded signal is supplied to input terminals 1-n of PROM21, and at the same time the clock pulse is supplied to input terminal 29 to start reference pulse source 24. The pulses sent from source 24 are counted by counter 23. At the same time, the integration is given to the high-speed pulses sent from high-speed reference pulse source 25 which is started by the pulse of source 24 at integrator circuit 27 and via switch 26, and thus the high-speed pulse is converted into the pulse which is turned on and off in a high speed. Then the pulse to control switch 26 is delivered from logic digital comparator 22 at the time point when the digital code of counter 23 coincides with the output digital code of PROM21. Thus the input of the high-speed reference pulse is cut off to circuit 27, and the output of circuit 27 is applied for the discharge characteristics of the exponent function. And the level of the characteristics is held at sample holding circuit 28, thus increasing the conversion accuracy of the converter.
