CONSTITUTION: An armature winding is wound on an armature which has, for example, six poles (its prime divisors are 6, 3, 2 and 1), four parallel circuits, 72 of total number of slots, and 4 of the number of slots per pole and phase. In this case, upper windings are so wound that two of four windings as disposed at both sides are wound in the phase U1 and the other two disposed at the center are wound in the phase U2, and lower windings are so wound that two disposed at both sides of four windings are wound in the phase U2 and the other two disposed at the center are wound in the phase U1 to form two parallel circuits balanced in the range of 180° of mechanical angle. The residual two parallel circuits U3, U4 of four parallel circuits are disposed point symmetrically with the phases U1, U2 with reverse polarity thereto.
