Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An astable multivibrator is constituted by transistors Q1 and Q2, resistances R3WR6, capacitors C1 and C2, and insulating transformer PT, and electrodes 3 and 4 are inputted to the secondary side of the insulating transformer. Divided voltages of insulating transformer PT and resistances R5 and R6 are inputted to alarm display instruction AS, and further, the hysteresis generation part which has transistor Q4 to short-circuit resistance R9 when electrodes 3 and 4 are exposed from electrolyte is provided. When electrodes 3 and 4 are exposed from electrolyte, the primary-side voltage of transformer PT becomes high, and transistor Q3 is conductive, and alarm is issued.
