Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacturing work by a method wherein a pair of iron plates formed with some concave portions acting as a thermal medium passage at one side or both sides of the plates are provided, a copper wire is arranged between the iron plates, then melted and cooled to connect the two iron plates with each other.
CONSTITUTION: Coalesced copper wire 4 with its diameter of about 1W2mm is arranged in a zigzag form on the flat iron plate 1', an iron plate 1 formed with some concave portions 3 acting as the coolant passage 2 is overlapped on the copper wire, they are heated up to 1105°C higher than a melting temperature of copper, then cooled to fix the iron plates 1 and 1'.
