Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the setting time of servo system, by controlling the set of initial value of the position integrator lifting up the low band so that the response of the characteristic root having bad attenuation of the servo system can be zeroed in response to the servo rashing conditions.
CONSTITUTION: Signals EV and EP1 are fed to the initial value set circuit 11 of the current integrator 3, the signals are fed to the integrator 3 with the switch SW1 until immediately before the servo rashing, the voltage corresponding to the initial value is charged to the capacitor C1 and SW1 is opened after the servo rashing. Further, the initial value set circuit 12 of the position integrator 5 is connected to the position integrator 5 with the switch SW2 until immediately before the servo rashing, and the voltage corresponding to the initial value is charged in the capacitor C2, and the switch SW2 is opened after servo rashing. In the initial value set value of the position integrator 5, the characteristic root bad in the attenuation of the servo system is zeroed in response to the servo rashing conditions, it is added to the output of the integrator 3 integrating the current flowing to the motor, to reduce the settling time of the servo system.
