Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost electronic relay unit which causes no high frequency noise by carrying out the ON/OFF control for the power supply to be given to the load via the micro-signal of the output of the integrated circuit device or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Capacitor 29 is charged when transistor 30 is off, and the charging voltage of capacitor 29 is discharged via optical thyristor 27 only when the light is irradiated to thyristor 27. In this instant, thyristor 31 is switched on by the drop voltage at resistance 25 connected in series to thyristor 27, and then a sufficiently large amount current is flowed to control pole G of two-way thyristor 12 to turn on thyristor 12. In such way, the ON/OFF control becomes possible with no high frequency noise caused for the power supply to be given to load 11 via the micro- signal of the output of the integrated circuit device or the like. Thus, a low-cost electronic relay unit can be obtained.
