Abstract
PURPOSE: To assure a flow rate of a raw liquid and improve the capability of separation of magnetic substances, by defining an enlarged strong magentic attraction region by magnetism guide of a ferromagnetic substance around a magnetic rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A portion 3 of magnetic flux of a magnetic rotor 1 is conducted into a magnetism guide 2 which is made of a ferromagnetic substance and faces the rotor across a gap. Enlarged strong magnetic attraction regions 4 and magnetic neutral regions 5 are defined between the magnetic rotor 1 and the magnetism guide 2. A raw liquid is introduced into the enlarged strong magnetic attraction regions 4 along a wall 6 of a non-magnetic substance so that magnetic substances are attracted on the magnetic rotor 1. Since the raw liquid passes through the enlarged magnetic strong attraction regions, the capability of separation of the magnetic substances is improved.
