Abstract

PURPOSE: To cancel the weight of a test piece with that of a vibrating station by a compensating actuator by converting the test piece and the vibrating station weight detection signals to signals corresponding to their pressures and processing adequately the signals.
CONSTITUTION: The weight of a test piece 8 and a vibrating station 7 is detected by a load detector 6, which produces a signal Ew. The signal Ew is applied to an LPF 18, which produces a DC signal Epf. The signal Epf is applied to a characteristic circuit 13, which produces a pressure signal EPO(=K.Epf) correspondingly. Since the constant K is univalently determined according to the construction of a compensating actuator 3, when the signal EPO is as a target value applied to an adding point 20, the real pressure of the actuator 3 is detected as a signal EP by a pressure detector 17. Thus, the signal EP is negatively fed back to become a solenoid valve drive signal EV. When the signal EV is applied to the solenoid valve 16 to open the valve 16 and to control the actuator 3 with hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic source 22, the weight of the vibrating station 7 may be automatically cancelled with that of the test piece 8.
