Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent entry of microwaves from plug part and improve the temperature detecting element so as to prevent its breakdwon and characteristic degradation by providing a blocking means to a plug connected to detecting part by way of a cable.
CONSTITUTION: A plug 5 which is connected to the temperature detecting element built in a protecting tube by means of a cable 3 consists of a sleeve 5a of double tubes provided with an inner tube 5aa through folding back of a length of about λ/4 (λ is the wavelength in the plug) and filled with an insulating material 5c and a chip 5b of the coaxial constitution and is connected to the core wire 3a and braided wire 3b respectively of the cable 3. If between the unshielded end of the sleeve 5a and the end of the chip 5b is L=λ/4, the microwaves trying to enter by being most strongly induced with said portion as an antenna do not advance toward the cable 3 from the point A where impedances become zero owing to the choke effect by the sleeve 5a and inner tube 5aa.
