Abstract

PURPOSE: To instantaneously irradiate light or heat of high power from an incandescent lamp by providing a light emission unit within a tube body by forming a plurality of carbon filaments.
CONSTITUTION: Pinch seals 2, 2 are formed at both ends of a tube body 1 of quartz glass and filled with metal foil conductors 3, 3 of hard melting metal. 550 to 800 of acrylic nitrile carbon yarns of approx. 10 microns, for example, are bundled between the internal conductors 5 and 5, and wound to from 5 lighr emission units 6a,..,6a of coiled carbon filament of 2mm in internal diameter and 15mm of length, and 550 to 800 of acrylic nitrile carbon yarns are bundled therebetween, and wound to form coiled carbon filament 6 of 4mm in internal diameter and 40mm of length.
