Abstract
PURPOSE: To drive a supercharging compressor and an auxiliary internal combustion engine with an exahust turbine.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust turbine has runner 13 fixed on shaft 12 which is rotatively supported by bearing 11. On the extension of the shaft 12 with runners 15 and 19 fixed thereon there shall be arranged air pump 14 to supply air brought in from inlet 16 to air injection device 4 through pipe 17 and air conditioning compressor 18 to compress and supply air brought in from inlet 20 to outlet 21. Furthermore, supercharging compressor 22 in provided on the extension of the shaft 12 to supply compressed air for supercharging to air chamber 7. The supercharging compressor 22 consists of bearing 23 to support the shaft 12 and of runner 24 fixed on the shaft 12, and supplies air coming in from inlet pores 25 to the air chamber 7 through pipe 26.
