Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain precision transmission X-ray images by rotating both or one of the radiation source of fan form X-rays and X-ray detectors about the subject at minute angles and radiating the X-rays twice.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of obtaining the transmission X-ray images of the subject 1 with the appratus wherein an X-ray source 5 generating fan form X-rays from a generating point P and a detector 6 consisting of plural detecting elements D1 thru Dn detecting the same rotate with the subject 1 in-between and arbitrary section images of the subject 1 are obtained; the subject 1 is moved in the direction approximately perpendicular to the spreading direction of the fan form X-rays in obtaining the transmission X-raysimages of the subject 1 and during this time the fan form X-rays are radiated to the subjedt 1 in a pulselike manner.
