CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric surface slide wave is generated or reverse-converted on the substrate via elastic substrate 2-1 featuring the piezoelectric property and at least one pair of electrode 2-31 and 2-32 groups of the cross conductor structure. And the reflective system such as the cut ends, reed screen type electrode 2-2 group, stripe-type groove group and others are located to both sides of the electrode group.
