PURPOSE:To obtain a resonance circuit or the filter which features a wide range and low loss by increasing the electricity-machine coupling coefficient through alteration of the ratio between the electrode width and the electrode pitch and the decreasing the solid wave component which is excited by the electrode. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric surface slide wave is generated or reverse-converted on the substrate via elastic substrate 2-1 featuring the piezoelectric property and at least one pair of electrode 2-31 and 2-32 groups of the cross conductor structure. And the reflective system such as the cut ends, reed screen type electrode 2-2 group, stripe-type groove group and others are located to both sides of the electrode group. Thus, the surface slide wave is resonated through such constitution. Furthermore, the surface slide wave featuring a reflective resonance is combined to other roller-screen type electrode group.
