Abstract

PURPOSE: The low-density powder moving layer provided in the fluidized bed cracking column is connected to transporting gas flow at the bottom part of the moving layer, thereby blowing up fluidized particles to the upper part of the cracker in stabilized and controlled state to prevent coking thereon.
CONSTITUTION: An inert aeration gas 54 is supplied from pipe 8 into throttle 6 to break bridge formed by particles on the throttle 6 at the bottom of vessel for moving layer 2. Introduced particles ascend through pipe 3 along with fluid-flow transporting gas 53 and are blown up from outlet 7 to the inlet of transfer line 4. The outlet 7 of pipe 3 has a shape of cone that expands to the inlet of transfer line 4. Thus, the wearing can be reduced at parts in the cracking column where coking does not occur
